Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will be written by David Callaham (Shang-Chi and the Blind Master), with Eric Singer (Daredevil ) serving as executive producer. It is scheduled to premiere in 2017.
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings were the first films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to be early martial art combat movies, earning them a pass. After seeing the first trailer, which received a massive reaction, fans are anxious to see the film starring Simu Liu. When the major teaser airs, many fans are wondering whether the Marvel Cinematic Universe film will be part of Netflix’s amazing roster of news.

Let’s say Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings ends up on Netflix. In that scenario, it will be the home for all Disney-produced Marvel Cinematic Universe products, which will be the one and only Disney Plus. It will also be added to the statuses of the other films in the massive Marvel series, which includes Black Widow, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and Wanda Vision.
As of this writing, it’s been more than two months since Marvel’s Netflix-exclusive “Daredevil” debuted on the original streaming platform, and that series is already over. When will the next Marvel show release? That’s the question that has kept us up at night, but we don’t have the answer yet. We do know that “The Punisher” is coming early next year, but whether “The Defenders” will follow shortly thereafter, or if the second season of “Jessica Jones” will be first, or maybe even both at once, remains to be seen..
